1. The service

CONNECTMATRIX is a game in which every user is a node of a shared tree. The service is provided by Carlo Tenca. Using the app means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Account and node

You sign in with your Apple ID. Each account has one node with a unique code. Linking to another node is permanent while your node stays active. Your node name is visible to everyone: do not use offensive or misleading names or names that infringe third-party rights.

3. Subscription

Linking to the Matrix requires an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased through Apple at the price shown in the app. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from your Apple ID settings. Refunds and billing are handled by Apple under its terms. During the test (beta) phase access may be free.

4. Lapse and removal of the node

If the subscription lapses, the node remains visible as lapsed for 30 days. After that period without renewal, the node and its code are permanently removed, its branches move up to the node above and its score is credited to that node. To rejoin you need a new code and a new link.

5. Score and prizes

The score is a game indicator and has no monetary value. Any prizes will be governed by separate official rules published before any prize initiative starts; without such rules no prize is owed.

6. Fair use

Creating fake or automated accounts, manipulating the score, interfering with the service or using it unlawfully is prohibited. In such cases the node may be suspended or removed.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is", without guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; material changes will be announced in the app. Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. For any request you can contact the controller through the details listed on the app's App Store page.
